Teachers’ Day at Jeevith PU College was celebrated on 5 September 2026 with enthusiasm, respect and togetherness. The occasion brought the management, teachers and students together to honour the educators who inspire, guide and shape young minds.
The celebration began by remembering Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the eminent scholar, philosopher and educator whose birth anniversary is observed as Teachers’ Day in India. His life and contribution reminded everyone of the lasting influence of a dedicated teacher.
The management felicitated and honoured the teachers for their commitment and valuable contribution to students’ academic and personal growth. Students actively participated in the celebrations, making the day truly special for their teachers.
A lively cultural programme presented by the students added colour and energy to the occasion. Students also organised a variety of fun games and activities for the teachers, giving them an opportunity to step away from their usual responsibilities, relax and enjoy the day with their students.
The celebration was made even more vibrant with an Ethnic Day theme, as teachers and students came dressed in traditional attire. The cultural performances, games, music and cheerful participation created a warm and festive atmosphere across the campus.
More than just an annual celebration, Teachers’ Day was a reflection of the strong teacher–student bond at Jeevith PU College—a bond built on learning, encouragement, respect and shared experiences.
