- 1st PU Integrated Program
At Jeevith Residential PU College, our 1st PUC Integrated NEET & JEE Program is designed to provide a strong foundation for both Board and Competitive Examinations. Each academic year begins on April 20th, marking the start of a well-structured and result-oriented journey toward academic excellence.
Phase 1: Concept Foundation (May – Mid-October)
We begin with a one-week Bridge Course, followed by regular classes focused on PU Board Examination concepts, ensuring students develop clarity and confidence in their fundamentals.
Tests are conducted every Saturday and Monday without fail from the very first week (Subjective).
Once each chapter’s Board-level test is completed and the concepts are thoroughly understood, MCQ-based discussions for NEET, JEE and K-CET begin.
This approach — building strong conceptual understanding before introducing competitive problem-solving — has proven to be one of the most effective strategies for success in national-level examinations.
Students receive two specialized materials for the competitive stream:
Every Sunday, students attempt a Full-Length Test -720 marks for NEET, 300 Marks for JEE ad 180 Marks for K-CET, providing regular assessment and time management practice.
By mid-October, nearly 70% of the syllabus is completed. For this portion alone, each student will have written:
This ensures complete mastery over core concepts, derivations, and problem-solving skills.
Phase 2: Jeevith Medical & Engineering Test Series (J-METS) (Mid-October – December)
From October 22 to December 19, the Jeevith Medical & Engineering Test Series (J-METS) is conducted for 1st PUC students.
During this phase, students appear for daily tests, amounting to 43 competitive tests (each for 240 marks), followed by a Full length test every Sunday covering the entire week’s Syllabus.
The remaining 30% of the syllabus is completed in synchronization with the test series to maintain continuity and pace.
Phase 3: Board Examination Preparation (January Onwards)
From January, students begin their Pre-Preparatory, Preparatory, and Final Board Examinations as per the Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) schedule.
After the completion of the Board Exams, five Full-Length Mock Tests for NEET, JEE &
K-CET are conducted to help students transition smoothly into the 2nd PUC Integrated Program.
The 2nd PUC Integrated programme shall commence from March 1st ensuring continuity of learning and uninterrupted preparation.
Note: Test dates are subject to revision in accordance with any changes made by the PU Department regarding examination timelines
